For a Happy n Healthy Skin - simple good habits

In today's competitive society where physical looks count and matter a lot, we are always trying to find out ways to make ourselves more beautiful. We also come across a lot of skin care centers and products offering us healthy and glowing skin for a life time. Facials, creams, lotions, make-up and what not. But recently I came across an article which says that all this might not help our skin the way we think it would. Read what the dermatologist has to say from her blog. Along with her list, I want to add a few more pointers of my own:

Drink plenty of water to wash out the toxins from your system. A healthy system means a healthy and glowing skin.

Eat fresh fruits and vegetables more than junk food. Feel free to add some boiled and cooked fish too coz it has some natural fish oils that are great for the skin.

Avoid make-up unless you think it is absolutely necessary say, for a wedding.

Do not spend too much time under the harsh afternoon sunlight.

Manage your stress levels coz stress can have a great effect on skin, especially your face.
